Over at my knitting blog, I have posted an article on the frugality of knitting, which also applies to other hobbies - gardening, birdwatching, photography, what-have-you. What are your thoughts? Can a hobby that requires you to purchase expensive equipment be, in the long run, a frugal decision? What is the price of your entertainment?
